Cavita Technology

Innovative technology of ultrasonic cavitation treatment,

developed and patented by LLC TMC CAVITA

Green technologies for sustainable development
Ultrasonic (US) treatment of liquids and dispersed liquids is so unique that processing results similar to those achieved with this method cannot be achieved with high-speed mixing or low-frequency vibration.

Therefore, ultrasonic technologies for processing liquids and dispersed liquids are currently finding increasing application in various industries. However, many researchers have noted in their publications several problems hindering their widespread adoption:

  1. Even well-known ultrasonic technologies are not being implemented to their full potential in practice due to the low efficiency of existing industrial equipment (efficiency less than 40%; weight, dimensions, and power consumption do not meet modern requirements).
  2. There are difficulties in optimizing the treatment effect on objects, and manual adjustments are often required during this stage of the process.
  3. There is a lack of multifunctional industrial equipment capable of solving a wide range of problems.
Cavitation (from Latin cavitas — emptiness)
the physical process of bubble formation (caverns or voids) in liquid media, followed by their collapse and the release of a large amount of energy, which is accompanied by noise and hydraulic shock.
Cavita Technology
The scientific and technical center of the LLC TMC CAVITA industrial complex presents an innovative technology for ultrasonic-controlled cavitation treatment of raw materials under high static pressure.
The company's core project is the development and improvement of ultrasonic cavitation treatment technology for objects in liquid media.

Advantages of the technology:
Allows for controlled dispersion of raw materials to specified nanoscale sizes (there are no global analogues of cavitation technologies that could be used for such grinding).
Various types of raw materials can be processed.
It can be used both as a replacement technology at any stage of production of traditional products, and as an independent technology in the production of innovative products.
А) Micrograph of particles of the dispersed phase of diluted peat hydrosol.
B) Micrograph of lamellar structures of the dispersed phase of diluted peat hydrosol.
Characteristics of activated peat:
ELECTRON MICROSCOPY HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT ACTIVATED PEAT IS MOSTLY REPRESENTED BY SPHERICAL PARTICLES OF NANOMETRE SIZE WHICH TEND TO FRAGMENTARY AGGLOMERATION INTO SHAPELESS LAYERED STRUCTURES WITH TRANSVERSE DIMENSIONS OF UP TO 15 µM.
Innovative technology of ultrasonic cavitation treatment
LLC TMC CAVITA, has developed and implemented a fundamentally new multifunctional industrial equipment system, which, using innovative ultrasonic cavitation technology for the treatment of liquid and liquid-dispersed media, enables unique production results.

Cavita Technology:
Allows for maximum extraction and “activation” of its components
Cost effective
Allows the creation of multifunctional and environmentally friendly biologically active preparations based on natural raw materials
Ecologically safe
CavitaTechnology's patented, innovative "green" technology can be used to solve a wide range of problems, including:
Innovation is the company's pride
For the first time in practice, using Cavita Technology, it was possible to eliminate chemical and thermal effects (traditional extraction technologies) in the process of producing and obtaining water-soluble preparations based on humic acids.
High dispersion achieved under specific conditions using Cavita Technology:
Promotes a significant increase in the yield of organic matter, including humic acids (water-soluble and easily hydrolysable)
Leads to the emergence of new properties of the substance:
  • The content of water-soluble components increases,
  • the fractional composition of organic matter changes,
  • biological activity increases.

For comparison: all humic preparations available on the market are produced using chemical reagents (mainly sodium, potassium or ammonium hydroxides)
